This home in Midstream Estate underwent a complete gut renovation, a full transformation of a dated, closed-in interior into a bright, open and refined contemporary residence. Working across 650m² over six months, our team stripped back the original dark finishes and brought light and warmth into every space. The finished home features a bespoke navy-and-timber kitchen with marble splashback and waterfall island, warm timber floors, exposed beams, and a seamless flow out to a covered patio and pool. It is barely recognisable from where it began.
