National Ceramic Industries appointed Unitech to deliver a complete commercial showroom fit-out at their Krugersdorp premises, an 800m² project spanning drywalling, tiling, electrical, plumbing and painting. The defining challenge was time. The project ran to a tight four-month schedule, with our team working around office staff who remained on-site and operational throughout. Careful sequencing and coordination allowed each trade to progress without disrupting the working environment, delivering a polished, finished showroom on schedule.
